June hailed the month for tennis and for the fourth consecutive year, Blankstone Opticians were the offical eyewear provider for the Liverpool International Tennis Tournament.
The weather was kinder this year than it was last. Over 5,000 corporate clients visited the event over the six days and most took the opportunity to visit our stall.
As always, the players made sure we were the first port-of-call before they hit the courts, Mansour Bahrami, Ilie Nastase, Michael Pernfors and the legend that is Goran Ivanisevic all invested in a new pair of sungalsses.
On Wednesday 28th May, Blankstone Opticians in conjunction with Downtown Liverpool in Business, held a private client networking event for 50 selected clients.
Guests were treated to Pimms, champagne and canapés and were able to take advantage of Blankstone's eye testing facilities for free. As well as musing through Blankstone Optician's new summer range, guests were also treated to a small art exhibition, by local artist John Suthrest.
"It was a fantastic event,its important to keep Blankstone Opticians at the forefront of our industry and, as importantly, at the front of our clients minds. This event was a perfect opportunity to do just that, we had a great night", said store owner Mark Blankstone.
