BLANKSTONE TIFFANY & CO. VALENTINE GIVEAWAY 2023

It’s nearly THAT time of year again, so to add a bit of sunshine to this cold snap we thought we would brighten this upcoming Valentine’s Day by giving away to ONE lucky winner the chance to own these beautiful Tiffany & Co. sunglasses, the Tiffany TF4156, retail price £285.

Part of our Tiffany & Co. eyewear range here at Blankstone, they have a classic black oversized frame, with those signature Tiffany blue tips. They come beautifully gift boxed and wrapped, and are modelled here by our beautiful Emma.

Blankstone Prize Draw Terms and Conditions –  25th January to 13th February 2023

1. The promoter is Blankstone Opticians whose registered office is 2a Derby Square, Liverpool, Merseyside L2 9XW.

2. The competition is open nationally to UK participants aged 18 years or over except employees of Blankstone Opticians and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via the post on Instagram.

6. The closing date for entries will be 13th February 2023 23.59 pm GMT. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. The promoter doesn’t have any paid partnership with brands unless stated in the post giveaway.

11. There will be 1 winner.

The prize is the following:

1. 1 pair of Tiffany Sunglasses as detailed on our social media posts. The glasses come complete with Tiffany eyewear case and matching gift bag.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

12. The winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.

13. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winners and pick replacement winners.

14. The promoter will notify the winners when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.

15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law.

18. The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
