Support for Bradbury Fields cause
Blankstone Opticians in Liverpool has chosen to support charity Bradbury Fields as part of its commitment to helping local communities.
The Tuebrook-based charity provide rehabilitation services, support and advice services, equipment and a wide range of activity clubs. They work alongside the Health Authority throughout Merseyside and the Department of Education within Liverpool and Knowsley, providing services to all ages.
Mark Blankstone, founder and managing director of Blankstone Opticians said: “Bradbury Fields enable blind, partially sighted people and people with dual sensory impairments to maximise their potential. They provide people with the ability to contribute to the social and economic fabric of their local communities and we’re delighted to be working together.”
Speaking of the collaboration, Philip Longworth of Bradbury Fields said: “Blankstone Opticians are leaders in their field and given their experience of almost 30 years, we’re very grateful to have them on board. We look forward to sharing on an ongoing basis how they will be supporting us.”
